A series of skateboard illustrations for Alcatraz. The Impossible Products series reimagines skateboarding slang as fictional consumer products, transforming “Rad,” “Gnarly,” and “Awesome” into retro-inspired illustrations. The series plays with the relationship between skateboard culture, insider language, and the way subcultures are translated and packaged for wider audiences.
